Helping the babushka

Here are some photos I took on  Wednesday and Thursday this week, sorry, the camera batttery died before they lit the fires to burn the cornstalk piles. .

Some of the students volunteered to help the lady next door with her garden, she had asked to hire them to clean up her corn planted at the back of her garden before it is plowed.

It took two cold afternoons starting at five pm for about an hour. Garry bought more rakes for day two. We may do more cleanups for babushkas in the village.
